order Cancellation, return and refund policy

  • Order Cancellations:

Please contact us asap should you want to cancel an order. We will do our best cancel your order before production starts.

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours: 100% refund
  • Orders cancelled beyond 24 hours but before warehouse dispatch/start of production: 90% refund.
  • Orders cancelled after warehouse dispatch/start of production: 70% refund/deposit forfeited.
  • Returns

Majority of our products cannot be returned due to the highly customization nature of this product. Should any issue raise, we will do our best to resolve to your satisfactory.

We currently offer freight shipping to the following countries/regions: United States, Canada, Australia, and major European Union countries.

  • Shipping Time

All orders will be reviewed, processed, and arranged for shipment within 10 business days after your payment is received. Customized product may need additional time for production.

  • Delivery Time

After dispatch, freight delivery is estimated to take 15–60 days. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe, and actual delivery time may differ.

  • Shipping Cost

Shipping cost varies depends on the shipping address and item items in order. Actual cost will be estimated on  the quote.
